Only genuinely idle stock (sold nothing in the window) is offered as a donor, so a shop that's still selling is never stripped.Suggestions on ~2 weeks of data — review before moving. Quantities are capped at what the receiving shop needs to reach target cover.

Out & selling = lines a shop has run out of while they were selling — the urgent gaps. Idle units = stock that sold nothing in the window (the donor pool).Med. cover = the median days of stock left across a shop's selling lines.
